Mr. Hogan’s corporate structure skills with private and public companies include several successful transactions by acquisition, RTO and JVs.

Mr. MacDonald is a former Chairman of the Board of Enmax Corp. He served on the board of directors of the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation from 1993 to 1999. He also chaired the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation Pension Board of Trustees from 1997 to 1999. Mr. MacDonald currently owns and operates a communications consulting firm. Previously, he was Vice-President, News and Public Affairs at CFCN Television. His distinguished record ]includes founding director of Calgary’s Ronald McDonald House, amember of the senate of the University of Calgary and Vice-Chairman of William Roper Hull Child and Family Services. In 1992, Mr. MacDonald was awarded the Commemorative Medal for the 125th Anniversary of the Confederation of Canada “in recognition of significant contribution to compatriots, community and to Canada.” He also holds the Alberta 125 Medal and the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Medal.

Gerald Daviess is the President and CEO of Quantum Design International Inc. (“QD”) (the parent company of MagnaBioSciences LLC). Mr. Daviess joined QD in 1995 as the Director of Sales and Marketing leading QD’s international expansion. This included the incorporation of offices in China, India, Brazil, Taiwan and Japan. In this capacity, he has established himself as both an excellent strategist for international business growth and as an operational manager in each of the company’s foreign offices. Mr. Daviess’ prior experience includes 8 years with GE Medical Systems (now GE Healthcare) in a variety of sales and marketing positions and 5 years with Toshiba America Medical Systems as the director of the CT Business Unit.

Michael is President and Director of EDC Tax Services Inc. Michael specializes in insurance and exempt market investment products and is currently a director of several private companies, including Pinnacle Wealth Brokers Ltd.
